Aqua Fit Made Easy thanks to WATER ART Trainer Jodie Becker and Hydropool Swim Spas.
Canadian Ironman competitor Jodie Becker will take us through the next level of our Aquatic Cross Training Series. This routine will include a number of exercises that focus on improving our aerobic fitness level, building strength, and adding a little flexibility as well. So grab your Water Dumbbells, Sculling Gloves, and Resistance Band for a through 45 minute workout! The target heart rate for this session will be 70-80% of our max, and is suitable for anyone.
The Hydropool Swim Spa Workout Series will take us through beginner, intermediate, and advanced Aquatic Cross Training routines in a swim spa. Using the buoyancy of water and resistance from the swim jets Jodie will demonstrate how easy and effective working out in a Hydropool Swim Spa can be. These routines are designed to help anyone at ANY fitness level achieve their work out and wellness goals from a relaxing, low impact environment in the comfort of your own home.
