Aqua Fit Made Easy thanks to WATER ART Trainer Jodie Becker and Hydropool Swim Spas.
Canadian Ironman Triathlete Jodie Becker will take us through a series of exercises that are designed to deliver a vigorous workout to your core, and major muscle groups. This is a great routine to build power and endurance, while providing some variety to you current activities. We will be working out in a target heart rate between 60-85% of our max.
The Hydropool Swim Spa Workout Series will take us through beginner, intermediate, and advanced Aquatic Cross Training routines in a swim spa. Using the buoyancy of water and resistance from the swim jets Jodie will demonstrate how easy and effective working out in a Hydropool Swim Spa can be. These routines are designed to help anyone at ANY fitness level achieve their work out and wellness goals from a relaxing, low impact environment in the comfort of your own home.
